Maryann Croce co-owns a transmission shop with her husband of 40 years since 1999. As a result of personal and professional training and growth, she became 90 Day Year certified in 2018.
She brings her knowledge, expertise, and experience, from a career of management in the automotive, construction, and banking industries to her seminars and coaching
Maryann is the owner and Lead Coach for Small Biz Vantage, a training and business performance coaching company serving automotive and skilled-trade business owners with teams. As a shop owner she addresses the current needs and challenges owners face.
She is an industry speaker and has contributed to automotive and business publications and podcasts such as AutoInc., Remarkable Results, AARP, Score, ATRA, ASE, AskPatty, and multiple chambers. She finds serving on an industry board, school advisory board and chamber committees to help the industry thrive rewarding.
